2. Intellectual Property & Access Restrictions
All content included in this course, including videos, tactic files, graphics, and text, is the property of FC26COACH.
Streaming Only: Video content is provided as online streaming only. We do not provide download options for video files.
Prohibited Actions: You are strictly prohibited from using third-party software to download, record, or "rip" the video content. Any attempt to bypass our technical restrictions or redistribute our content will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
3. Digital Product & No-Refund Policy
Nature of Product: The Service consists of non-downloadable digital video streaming and specific digital assets.
No-Refund Policy: Due to the immediate access nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once access to the streaming platform is granted, you expressly waive your right to any refund.
Technical Requirement: It is the user's responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection capable of streaming high-definition video before purchasing.
4. Disclaimer of Results
While the FC26 Video Tutorials are designed to improve gameplay, we do not guarantee specific competitive results or rankings.
5. Access and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend your account if we detect suspicious activity, such as multiple IP logins or unauthorized attempts to download content.
